WSA has put together 2 sets of standards - Usability and Search Engine Optimisation.  These documents outline the minimum usability and optimisation standards that WSA believes all business websites should adhere to.  The purpose of these documents is to educate internet users and business owners so they can demand these high standards from their website developers.

The Association is currently working on more standards documents for the other areas of website development.  These will be added to the website once they are completed.
